In its second quarter results on 4 August 2026, Wynn named September 2027 as the month when guests should enter the resort. That is the latest month-specific guidance, replacing references to 2027 generally, the first quarter of 2027 or spring 2027.

Earlier investor material pointed to the first quarter of 2027. Wynn mentioned a modest delay in May 2026 without quantifying it then, and the August release supplied the revised guidance of September 2027.

How firm is September?

An earnings release is better evidence than a property listing or travel blog, yet it is still a forward-looking statement while the resort is being fitted out. Before buying a non-refundable trip, check the official resort website and Wynn's investor releases again.

From project announcement to planned opening

Milestones behind the current status

Reading the announcements in order prevents an earlier target from being treated as the present one. The sequence traces the Ras Al Khaimah casino from an initial proposal to a licensed facility under construction with a stated opening month.

Reading the November and December entries

A Wynn project story places the 70-floor ceremony on 25 November 2025, while later corporate updates record structural concrete completion in December 2025. The timeline keeps November as the site ceremony and December as the later construction record instead of combining them.

Construction progress reported through August 2026

Tower structure and facade

In the 2 February 2026 release, Wynn said structural concrete had reached the roof of level 71 and that 21,852 of 26,471 facade panels were installed, or 83%. The guest website calls it a 70-floor tower, so both official descriptions remain separate here rather than producing a calculated floor count. Interim height figures have varied across Wynn releases; the consistent published target is 352 metres above sea level after the spire is fitted.

Interior work and lower buildings

Installation of elevators and escalators was progressing, alongside mechanical, electrical and finishing work throughout the guest inventory. Low-rise buildings had reached 99% combined concrete and structural steel completion, but that percentage does not mean the areas can receive guests.

The Wynn Bridge connection

Wynn Bridge, a new 548-metre structure, is planned to connect the resort via Wynn Boulevard with E311 and E611. On 2 February 2026 it was 48% complete, piling was finished and nine of ten bridge column pile caps were in place; Wynn was aiming for completion in late 2026.

What was confirmed in August

Wynn's August results said construction was advancing rapidly, while the second quarter presentation showed substantial interior work on 15 July 2026. Neither publication supplied a later facade or bridge percentage, so the February measurements remain dated figures rather than estimates increased without evidence.

Gaming area and resort scale by the published figures

The company figure used here

Wynn's 2025 annual report, filed in March 2026, records a gaming area of 225,000 sq ft. The equivalent is about 20,900 sqm, and this guide uses it because it is the latest figure in a direct corporate filing.

The older 18,500 sqm estimate

Older property and news reports, including current search results, often repeat an approximate 18,500 sqm gaming floor. Wynn has not explained whether the measurements cover different spaces, so 18,500 sqm remains an earlier estimate and is not combined with the newer figure.

What cannot be inferred from area

A floor measurement does not show how many tables or slots there will be, which games will be offered, or how space will be divided between general and private rooms. Wynn had published none of those details by 10 August 2026, so a precise inventory requires a newer operator source.

Guest rooms, suites and residential units

The breakdown of the 1,530-unit inventory

Wynn's February construction update said the structure of all 1,530 accommodation units was complete, while interior fit-out continued. The categories below include the apartments, townhomes and estates within that total, avoiding a second count.

The Enclave concept

Enclave is Wynn's hotel-within-a-hotel arrangement on the upper floors, served by a separate entrance, arrival area and lifts. It focuses on suites and a distinct service setting, although Wynn has not announced rates, packages or a reservation opening date.

Dining, theatre, shopping and art

Twenty-two dining and drinks venues

The resort website lists plans for 22 restaurants, bars and lounges, as well as a daytime beach club serving hotel guests and other visitors. Named projects include Alain Ducasse's French-American steakhouse and a second Delilah supper club, but restaurant reservations were still closed at this update.

The Showroom production

Wynn announced an original Punchdrunk production for the resort on 29 June 2026. After bookings begin, the intended choice is a seated performance upstairs or a roaming immersive experience downstairs and backstage; dates and prices are not yet available.

Shopping and the collection of art

The plans show a naturally lit shopping parterre for luxury brands, but no complete tenant list has been released by Wynn. Art is planned for public areas and guest rooms, with announced highlights such as Jeff Koons' 11-metre Tulips and historic and contemporary works by regional and international artists.

The beach, pools, spa and marina

Facilities on the waterfront

Plans include 420 metres of private white-sand beach and a deep-water marina intended for large yachts. A daytime beach club is also part of the plan, although day-pass availability and access for non-guests have not been explained.

Swimming and wellbeing facilities

Wynn lists 12 pools with cabanas and landscaped surroundings, plus a five-star spa, salon and fitness centre. Treatment prices, operating hours and pool-entry conditions remain unpublished, so they cannot yet be included in a dependable visit budget.

Services for families

The official amenities list places a kids' club beside outdoor recreation, indicating that families are also intended to use the non-gaming areas. Wynn has not released accepted ages, fees or supervision arrangements, so childcare planning should wait for the guest policy.

Coral Court events and meetings

The 7,708 sqm events centre

Coral Court is planned as the resort's centre for events and celebrations, covering 7,708 sqm. Its design includes six meeting rooms that can be reconfigured, separate salons for brides and grooms, and private prayer rooms for men and women.

Grand Ballroom without columns

The column-free Grand Ballroom measures 2,633 sqm and faces the marina. Organisers can use that figure when comparing venues, but it does not determine capacity because tables, stages, aisles and production equipment alter the seating plan.

What Wynn Bridge will do

The 548-metre bridge is intended to give the resort a more direct connection to the wider road system, but the latest detailed release still treated it as work in progress. Wait for a Wynn completion announcement or confirmation from a current mapping service before assuming it is open.

A checklist for arrival day

Once reservations open, check the final drop-off location because the hotel, events centre and marina may have separate entrances. Leave spare time for delays and do not pay for a transfer unless it appears in a written reservation confirmation.

Under land-based gaming facilities, the GCGRA licensee register names Island 3 AMI FZ-LLC, trading as Wynn Al Marjan. On 4 October 2024, Wynn announced that this project entity had received the UAE's first commercial gaming facility operator licence.

What this licence shows

The register shows that the named entity is licensed by GCGRA for this particular land-based facility. It lists The Game LLC separately as operator of the UAE Lottery, reflecting different licence categories for land-based facilities and lottery products. Checks still needed before opening

Wynn still has to publish the gaming floor's final arrangements for age, identity, admission, responsible gaming and complaints before players can be welcomed. Until those terms are issued, rules from other Wynn properties should not be applied here.
